During self containment

All cruise starting before the 1st of April are going to be gradually reported. Those concerned, we are going to reach you soon.

I want to sail away !

Self isolation here is done with style ! To those who want to embark after self-containment : of course your booking is still available and we will assure the same quality service we are willing to offer for 40 years now ! In case of a mandatory self isolation declared by the government during your cruise, the rescheduling terms here under will apply.

 

Should I decide right now ?!

Anjou Navigation is offering you the possibility to decide up to  48h before departure to cancel or maintain your cruise. As everyone, we do not know yet the speed at which the situation will come back to normal. For the same reasons, we are inviting you not to reach us for a cruise far ahead in time. The cruises within the next 15 days would be examined gradually. All request for a cruise starting later than this would be subjected to our usual terms and agreements. 

 

What becomes of the deposit I already paid ?

Rest assured, they will not be used to stock up pastas or toilet paper ! 😛

We are changing our terms for “Delays, Restriction of navigation, case of force majeure Interruption” so that you won’t be impacted. All amount transfered would be useable for another cruise with no additionnal fees for 2020 or even 2021 or those unable to reschedule this year. You can choose new dates right away if you know them or later during the season !

25th of March update :

In case you want to reschecule on a more expensive time of the year (ex : from a “green” week to a “blue” week) than the original booking ; Anjou Navigation is offering :

  • the full price difference in case the new cruise takes place before the 30/06/20
  • half price difference in case it takes place later in 2020
