Postponement guarantee - Anjou Navigation

Anjou Navigation offers you a Postponement Guarantee, allowing you to postpone a cruise you are unable to take. Below are the conditions of this Postponement Guarantee.

1 - Subscription

  • The guarantee must be purchased at the time of booking and must include the first and last name of each crew member.

2 - Activation of the Guarantee

  • The postponement of the cruise can be requested no later than the day before the cruise and must be sent to contact@anjou-navigation.fr.

  • The postponement request must be accompanied by an official supporting document.

  • The postponement of the cruise can be requested in the event of the inability of a crew member due to:

    • Serious medical reason (accident, hospitalization)
    • Serious family reason (death of a close relative)
    • Compelling professional reason (transfer, dismissal, change of holidays imposed by the employer)
    • Force majeure (border or airport closure preventing you from accessing the departure base)

3 - Postponement Terms

  • The guarantee entitles you to a credit for the amounts paid, minus the price of the Postponement Guarantee.
  • The credit can be used for a cruise taking place within 365 days following the initial cruise. After this date, the credit will be lost.
  • In case of a price difference (high season, upgrade, etc.), the additional cost remains the responsibility of the customer.
  • The Postponement Guarantee cannot be reused to postpone a cruise that has already been postponed once.
  • The Postponement Guarantee cannot give rise to any refund.
