Take for example : the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anjou-navigation.fr\/en\/bateau\/vintage-family-boat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marina 1400 <\/a>! A <strong>family houseboat<\/strong> that, even after 33 years of service, is still one of our best-seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all : its <strong>vintage look<\/strong>, assumed. But also, these design still are renowned for their conviviality : spacious living room and a high crew capacity &#8230; And let&#8217;s not forget the impressively large upper deck that makes the joy of both adults and children !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Successfull first tests on smaller scale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By the years, some similar boats (on smaller scale) had their own renovation ! In a few words, the Marina is notably :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A big <strong>crew capacity<\/strong> (bedding up to 11 people indeed !)<\/li><li>The most <strong>spacious <\/strong>living room of all the fleet thanks to its design<\/li><li>An outside back steering wheel like they use to make at the time : an ideal position to navigate<\/li><li>The <strong>last of its kind <\/strong>still in rental : it&#8217;s here in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.west-rivers.com\/\">Anjou<\/a> !<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Check down here the advancement of the project, that will be updated
